Our latest concept for the New Bourdillon Project represents a confident evolution in contemporary residential architecture. The design explores the harmony between sculptural movement and structural clarity — pairing flowing “ribbon” balconies with a refined minimalist frame to create a façade that feels dynamic yet composed.

Rather than relying solely on bold massing, the architecture expresses rhythm through repetition and proportion. The result is a building that appears light and graceful, yet firmly anchored within its urban context.
